Terms of Service

Last updated 14 August 2026

These terms govern the use of inbrief Status ("the service"), operated by Milad E. Fahmy (sole proprietor, trading as "inbrief Status"). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

inbrief Status provides hosted, multilingual status pages: uptime monitoring of HTTPS endpoints you configure, a public status page on a subdomain or your own domain, incident publishing, and — on plans that include it — AI-assisted translation of your content into the languages you enable.

Plans, trials and billing

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Monitoring runs at 5-minute intervals and, like any monitoring, can miss brief events; AI translation is automated and may contain errors — you can edit any translation at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may cancel at any time via the billing screen (Paddle customer portal). You may also request deletion of your account and all its data by emailing legal@inbrief.sh.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email to account holders at least 14 days in advance.
